We are getting faster, more efficient and more effective.

We’ve got more work to do to get this Army bringing in the spoils of war, but we are making progress and I want to thank everyone for that.

We have had a wave of new volunteers over the last couple weeks, and I’m hoping to put out some fresh and updated rules, instructions, How to items and FAQ’s.

The movie The Transformers is coming out on July 4th.  We are looking for 2 volunteers to write up about 400 words about the movie, the old cartoons and even the toys.

We’ll feature articles in the wedge position if they are heavily laden with keywords for Transformers or Transformers Movie.

Here’s one of the banners for this op.  Bloggers earn money when ever someone submits an email from a US address on this program.

This op will pay bloggers about $0.58 per email sign submitted and it will have a group contribution rate of $0.30 per email submitted(ergo user inputs an email and cash register rings) A survey follows the submit button, but the leed is already generated at that point in time.

I have just delivered a new mission to all LinkyLoveArmy soldiers.

This is a hot mission opportunity with simple completion requirements and it is already starting to convert well.

All you need to do is write a short and convincing article to encourage your readers to participate in a Photo Contest.

When they upload a picture to the contest after filling out their Name, address and email address, they will be entered to win $10,000 and you will have earned a conversion(Detail amounts went out in the mission).

This mission requires three links. 

1. Your Individual tracking link which you will find when you log into the B2C login tab above.
2. One link to one of our volunteer wedge bloggers
3. Another link to one of our other volunteer wedge bloggers.

Mission Goal - Tap into 60,000 Search Engine Searches each month

For this mission we have 3 volunteer wedge bloggers covering three keywords that bring in close to 20,000 searches per month according to Overture, so extrapolated to Google and other SE’s we are working to capture a percentage of 60,000 searches per month on this mission!

Supporting articles that have the most conversions will be selected for a second round of linkylove.

You can be a top converter if you write a very convincing article, that shows your readers how to enter the contest, and if you write your article heavy with keywords like (photography contest, photo contest, baby photo contest, free photo contest).

Our forums are temporarily locked up for New Users.  We have experienced a high level of spam and our current spam trapping software mod is also preventing new registrations on the forums.

One of our members asked me if they could participate in the Harry Potter Promotion even if they have never read the books.

Here is my reply

Sure you can participate. You can rail against them if you like. You can even attack them and the effort too if you like.

That’s entirely up to you, but could stir up some controversy which you may or may not desire. There is a proven linkbuilding strategy of taking an unpopular stance on a topic in order to drum up attention and links. PayPerPost thrives on the negative attention that TechCrunch provides them as an example.

You can do something extreme like that or anything in between.

There are three things that you should always consider aksing yourself:

1. What do I want to do with my blog?
2. What do my readers want to read?
3. What will the impact of my article or blog be on the rest of the blogosphere?

Those are all rhetorical and you will never ever be able to accurately predict everything, but it can help guide you in how to write a better article that will achieve the goal of bringing you more satisfied readers and possibly more links too!

To ellaborate even more, your participation will still be helping two good charities, it will build out more linkylove and you may earn a little money yourself for your hard work and effort!

So please feel free to participate and help raise $1 million for charity through Harry Potter book sales. You can truly write anything you like in the LinkyLoveArmy when we are supporting a campaign of this nature.  If you attack a cause, that’s fine, but be prepared to defend your position if other bloggers disagree with you.  They may send you a little linkylove in the form of criticism of your article, but hopefully they will at least do you the courtesy of a link back!

They are referring to Digg.com a great site for sharing good articles and building traffic. They want you to share your example of an article that you have submitted to Digg.com that received the most Digg votes.

Drop them a comment with your Digg submission (Digg link) and your Website link and they will feature you in a future article.

Plus, they run a DoFollow blog so leaving the comment will help also!

I’ve been getting this question a lot more the last couple days as we have several new members in the LinkyLoveArmy.  I’d first suggest reading more of our articles and video tutorials or visiting the forums for additional information.  However, we are definitely in need of some streamlined material, so until I get a chance to make things more transparent with a new web design, here’s an example using the recent Ortho Evra Mission as an example. Things are fairly straight forward.

First, all of our missions are completely optional so you can write about them or not anytime you choose.

Second, we have several different types of missions, and I’m just going to focus on the one that you received here for now. One step at a time.

With this mission, you basically need to write an article that covers the topic at hand. In this case it’s the Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch.

When you write your article, the original email mentioned 3 links. Two of those links and the keywords that go with them are in the email. The third link is a link that will be unique to your account (once you create one, in our B2C section ) Once you register in the B2C section, it requirs a separate registration. Then you can log in and find the Ortho Evra links according to the OfferID.

You then put that link into your blog as well.

Purpose of the B2C missions

With this type of mission, you do not earn any money unless one of your readers clicks on the Ortho Evra link that you get in the B2C section and signs up to receive additional information and potentially help dealing with Ortho Evra side effects. So when you write this particular article its important to write it in a way that prepares your reader to receive the information and to take action.

If one of your readers fills out the form when they click on your link, you will receive $13.20. If 5 readers fill out the form, then you will receive 5 x $13.20= $66.00.

Group Effort

Plus, we are working on this together. For each of your readers that signs up an additional amount of money goes into a group pool. We are all promoting each other together on this mission, so if one person gets a sign up, it can be very likely that they got that sign up as the result of someone else in the group helping them. Even though they might not know they got help! So we share a portion of the proceeds based on the success of the entire group as well.

You can cover this as many times as you like on your blog. This may help you get more sign ups at $13.20 each. If you have multiple blogs, you can cover it on your other blogs as well, but make sure you have registered those blogs and make sure you submit the permalinks for your articles on each of them according to the instructions in the email that you received.

Group example

If 10 bloggers with a total of 20 blogs write up this offer, then the group pool will be split 20 ways regardless of whether they wrote about it once on each blog or if they wrote about it with 5 separate articles on each blog.

If the entire group enjoyed the success of signing up 40 people, then $5.28 (the group rate per the email) would be contributed to the group pool 40 times. (40 x $5.28 = $211.20 total) That $211.20 will then be split amongst the 20 blogs, and each blog would receive a group bonus of (211.20 / 20 = $10.56)

So if you had written 1 article on one of your blogs and then wrote 2 articles on a second blog you own and submitted them both according to the instructions, your group pay out bonus would be ($10.56 x 2 blogs = $21.12) (note it would not be $10.56 x 3 articles ).

If your first blog signed 1 person up, and your second blog signed two people up, you would earn $13.20 from the first blog and ($13.20 x 2 = $26.40) from the second blog.

Total example earnings

Blog 1 = $13.20

Blog 2 = $26.40

Group bonus fm 2 blogs = $10.56

Grand total earnings = $50.16
