Login Fixed - Requires New Password

Hi Everyone,

I have some good news and some news of the other persuasion.  Our site underwent a database upgrade over the holidays.  The result is that our passwords have a higher level of encryption.

The issue is that ALL old passwords are no longer any good and EVERY :(  user must request a new password.  Once you get your new password, please reset your password to a new password right away and you should be in good shape!

   Brett, I just thought I would let you know that I was able to login using my old password. Would you still like me to reset it?

   Hi Elizabeth,

   If it works, keep using it. There seem to be a few people that are able to get in with their old passwords. It was something we were unable to test for as we can not read the passwords in our system (they are encrypted in a way that we can not read them either, we can only reset them)

   That’s a good thing for people that happen to use the same password on multiple accounts it means we can not read your password and you are protected even more.

   Same as Vienna and Erika, I still can’t log in with my new password. It’s making me frustrated now. :-((((

   I hope it’s gonna work fine again soon.
